01Return window
You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
02Hygiene and made-to-order exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — for example items in direct contact with skin (socks) and water-contact fittings that have been installed. Faulty items are always covered regardless of this exclusion.
03Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
04How to start a return
Email support@ayleneser.shop with your order number and the item(s) concerned. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
05Refund timescales
Once your return is received and checked, we refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in USD via Stripe.
06Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover it. Original outbound shipping is refunded only where the whole order is faulty or cancelled under statutory rights.
07Membership cancellation
You can cancel Ayla Circle at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period stays active and unused benefits are not refunded, as membership provides no stored value.
