Returns & Exchanges

This page explains how to return or exchange a physical kit. For full refund terms — timescales, methods and membership — see our Refund & Returns policy.

01What you can return

Most unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered, regardless of the reason.

02Hygiene exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — for example items in direct contact with skin (socks) and water-contact fittings that have been installed. This never affects your rights for a faulty item.

03How to start a return or exchange

Email support@ayleneser.shop with your order number and the item(s) concerned, and tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

04Exchanges

Prefer a different kit? We can exchange an eligible item for another of equal value, or refund the difference in USD. Exchanges ship once your original item is received and checked.

05Timescales

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days, in USD via Stripe. Exchanges are dispatched with tracked delivery.

06Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover it. Full detail sits in our Refund & Returns policy.
